Product Tabs Help. Not Sure How To Add Data

I can not seem to be able to figure out how to add any data to the Featured and Instructions tabs. They are both active and show up in the Design/Products Tabs list









and on the product edit page under Product Tabs







but I don't see how to add any text to the tabs.



What am I missing??

Did you create HTML block for these tabs?

yes, please clarify how you added these tabs.

possibly it is a 3rd-party module?

I did not create the tabs. They were already there. I can't delete them so I assumed they were preloaded from CS-Cart.

The Features tab is default one. Product features are displayed in this tab. You cannot change the tab content in the admin panel.



The Instructions tabs is not default tab. Please check clean installation:
