Hi



I’ve not been able to find this in the forum. When adding a product to the basket that has a promotion applied the following appears to happen, see the attached image.



In this instance, the customer is given a voucher to spend on their next purchase yet the cart offers up the suggestion that they can use it now. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

What are your promotions - cart/catalog - conditions and bonuses set up as for a coupon code to be awarded upon their initial purchase?

We changed the language to read “OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER”
