Product options with SKU

Is it possible to track different variants of same product (for example, different colors of it) that each variant has different product code (SKU) and also monitor the stored quantity?

But it seems that there is only one stock quantity that sums up all variants, no?

On product management page make sure ‘Pricing/Inventory’ -->> ‘Inventory’ is set to ‘Track with options’



Now go back to your option combinations and you will have a box for option quantities.

So where can I set the SKU for the different product options then?

After you have defined your product options, go to “Option Combinations” then “Rebuild Combinations” and you can put your SKU there. Also any different images you want to display when each option is selected go in here once you have rebuilt your combinations.
