I am having an issue with product option displays on my site. A little background:
I sell warning lights for vehicles. I have numerous products that have multiple options and variants. One in particular has 6 lightheads that can all be configured to a different color. ie:
Color 1 can be Amber, Blue, Red
Color 2 can be Amber, Blue, Red and so on.
Colors 1-4 are in correct order, however Color 6 comes before Color 5
On the 8 head product the colors are: 8, 7, 2, 3, 4, 1, 6, 5 Instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
This is a major inconvenience since the customer needs to be able to specify the right color for the correct position or lighthead. I have specified the option position numbers 1-8 respectively for the correct number. I have even changed them to 10-80 to see if that would make a difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
