Product no longer accessible after deleting category

Hi,

I accidentally deleted a category. Unfortunately, one of the products which had this as the main category became inaccessible.

Any idea how i can retrieve it? I get an access denied error when i try to open it using product id

All products under that category has been deleted

To restore the product you have 3 choices:[list=1]

[]restore an older database backup from Administration > Database , if you have done a backup

[]ask hosting company to restore the full database, they need to have it

[*]add again missing product, but the product_id will be different
