Why would a category with 42 products display only 12 if viewed in ‘sort by name’ mode? It shows the full 42 products over four pages if viewed in default sort mode or by price, popularity or best selling. I’ve spent the past hour trying to figure out why a category wasn’t displaying all of its products, and by chance clicked on the ‘sort by’ link. The only time it doesn’t show all of the products or any pagination is when the products are sorted by name. Any ideas?
