Problem With Upgrading From V3.0.6 To V4.3.1

I am trying to upgrade from V3.0.6 to V4.3.1.

I exactly followed the manual, but the process shut off during importing data (in detail during updating the database in the replication of the database). Since it doesn't show any cautions or errors, so I have no clues to know why it keeps happening. I attached the url of the video showing the problem.

Does anyone have any idea to solve this problem?

Is your store large ?

If not just check var/store_import/log ( via cPanel ).

If the last line reads 'Done' then the import was completed.

Maybe you didn't change your permissions as per instruction manual ?

if your store is large, the upgrade process may fail by timeout or any specific error



please ask server admin to increase max_execution_time to 3600 (1 hour) then please re-try
