I have this weird problem with attachments, when I try to upload a file to a product everything seems to work ok but it isnâ€™tâ€¦ The attachment seems in attachments list but when I edit, it has 0kb. I have checked through FTP and verified that attachment is 0kb!
And as a result it doesnâ€™t show up in siteâ€™s frontend when viewing that product.
I want to upload an image in jpg format.
Any ideas why that might be happening?

The problem requires the examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

I have this issue also, what was the cause?
I feel like I had the same issue on one of my clients Pro V3 store and I feel like it only happened on the first try, have you tried uploading it again?
