Hello everyone I have tried everything to get a $7 flat rate shipping setup to all orders in USA and Canada. But for some reason when I go to test it on my cart it will add $7 to the order if there is 1 product, which is fine but if there is 2 or more products it will go up to $14 total. I have no clue why it is doing this. I have attached some screen shots of my shipping method setup.
What I am trying to accomplish here is $7 FLAT RATE shipping no matter how many products are added or what product is added.

You should use the Item Dependency and not the Cost Dependency. Please make sure that you do not check the "per Item button,
I could of swore I tried that and it didn’t work, but it seems to be working correctly now. Thank you.
