Any ideas why this may be?

i did a search on the internet before posting and saw that cookies could be the problem, but I’ve removed them all for my website and still have the same issue.
This is on the “Save and Send” button in
…/admin.php?target=newsletters&newsletter_id=12
I’ve tried to debug where it’s POSTed to but can’t work it out…
