I created my articles on the admin, but prices appear lower in my shop.
Example: An article I put 20 euros on the store appears to 15.63 euros.
Do you know why? And if so how to solve the problem?

check your currencies and make sure euro ( arrrrgh the euro zone 
) is the primary currency.
