on the store the item still in stock
it should show out of stock

Yes, I saw the same issue in testing but I don't track stock in my stores so it's not that big of an issue.
but how we can fix it
Log it in the Bug Tracker.
Working fine in the demo. Maybe a settings issue?

Zero price action: don't allow
Inventory: track without option
this can fix the problem
