Price List Downloads Not Working

Hi all

I have 4.1.3 installed for a customer

I'm trying to generate a price list from the addon

When I do this - it downloads the PDF or XLS file as it should - but the files can't be opened at all.

I try this on another customers site which is more recent and the files work perfectly.

Any ideas? Desperate now

What do you mean by "can't be opened"? Do you receive any error when opening?
