I’m quite new here with CS-Cart.
I used many “cart solutions” these last 7 years. The choice is as difficult as the transition between an imperfect solution and a new one. Yet it is sometimes necessary to change.
Why necessary?
1 - A road map inaccurate, or, not followed (many promises without results).
2 - A cheeselike governance, or quarrels in the core team (some addon abandoned or iced).
Believe me, CS-Cart is a very serious and very strong challenger in the cart market.

Very nice, but yes CS-Cart is a very strong challenger.
We have used a lot of cart sollutions in last 10 years.
I must say that Cs-cart was a very good choice.
Sorry to hear you have unanswered questions placed with the developers. My personal experience was exactly the opposite.
One point I would like to clear up is your opinion of these forums - they are a community effort rather than the primary point for pre/post-sales support from the developers. Other CS-Cart users will answer your questions based on their personal knowledge of the software and on the time they have available after running their own stores. In other words, no one is entitled to an answer on these forums.
Finally, did you check the Knowledge Base to see if any of your questions are answered there?
