Hi, where can we find the place and stages to manage all the message pop ups that vendors see?

There is no special interface to manage such notifications. The notifications are initiated in different parts of code
You can’t manage these notifications (since they are generated by different add-ons), but for most of the notifications, you can change their text using language variables.
Just go to section Administration → Texts and Languages → Edit texts, and search for the part of notification you want to change.
