I’m really unsure why you (CS-Cart) haven’t already done so, but you guys REALLY need to secure your support/client area (ssl/https)! The huge quantity of confidential and private information being passed to you (CS-Cart) is transmitted insecurely. In addition it opens this entire support/client system to an easy hacker attack and makes it very vulnerable!
I must say that when I used the Helpdesk I asked why it wasn’t secure, but didn’t get an answer.
