Please help! I can not change powered by cs cart

Hi,

I’m trying to either change powered by cs-cart or to remove it completely. I did exactly as it states in cs-cart knowledge base, it changed the name but link is still set to cs cart. and yes I did change the link to my site in bottom.tpl

Is this a bug? or I need to do something else? Please help…

clear the template cache by appending &cc at the end of the url like:
