Ping++ Payments Addon (China)

Hi community,

I need a developer to help me create the APIs and configure ping++ addon for:

Wechat PC

Wechat mobile
Alipay PC

Alipay Mobile

Everything is in chinese and the server is in China.

Do I have any luck to find any?
