Phone Number Missing On Orders

HI,

We are getting some orders with no phone number.

For profile fields I have

Contact Information - checkout - show and required ticked

Billing Address and Shipping Address - profile and checkout - show and required ticked

Is there something else I need to do to have phone number as mandatory on all orders.
