It looks better, but actually has some big issues in iphone screen
The Banner scroller is showing nothing, and the hot deals carousel shows half of the next product.
I have to admit that the menu is the best I ve seen in CS-Cart
We've completely recoded the cart from the ground up to be responsive and use pure Bootstrap sourcing, rather than the hacked together version normally found in CS-Cart 4.0.3.
Here's an example, which includes a responsive menu, and a touch slider and touch carousel for hot products:

I see the same problem in your homepage.
When in iphone view, Image in banner slideshow is not rescale but cropped and hot deals carousel, shows a bit of the next product image on the right (this is also happenning in desktop view).
I find your try very good though.

As to the slideshow, looks the the client uploaded some screwy image, as the first and last images are scaled properly, just not the middle.
As to the hot deals carousel, this can be adjusted, however the client requested they show up that way so that the end-user can better tell that there are more items to view.

But at least our banner/scroller shows up on mobile 
and it’s fully touch-compatible!
