Administrator logs in as Vendor's Administrator (Simtech)
Creates new product as Simtech
Simtech tries to set product active -> gets an error permission issue
Administrator changes status of the product as active
Simtech tries to disable product -> gets an error - permission issue
I don't understand the vendor should be able to have complete access to the product because it was created by admin as vendor
I have reported a similar issue with Admin logged as Vendor's permissions

In any case, if you want to add products on behalf of a vendor, do not log in as Vendor but add the product as Admin choosing the vendor on the first screen, right under the Title. Then the permissions will not be screwed up.
BTW, you should know that permission in Russian is privilege. By permissions they understand folder and file permissions. When applied to subjects, any permission turns into privilege.
