Possibly why the helpdesk is down ,and why my upgarde package wont download
Unfortunately, the hosting provider where we run several of our services and servers, including the Help Desk and PDF Converter, is currently experiencing temporary issues. As a result, some of our resources are currently unavailable.
There’s unfortunately nothing we can do on our side at the moment, so we’re waiting for the hosting provider to resolve the issue and bring everything back online.
In the meantime, we recommend temporarily disabling the PDF Documents add-on so it doesn’t affect your store while the PDF converter server is unavailable.
will be great in add-on settings to allow admin to add a custom link to the server
