Paypal shows wrong delivery address in email

Hi there,

I just got an email from a concerned customer, asking if the goods would be delivered to the right address.

She asked because she got an email from paypal with her own address as shipping address, even though she entered another delivery address in our shop.

In our cart everything was OK.

Is this normal behavior for paypal and CS-cart?

I hope someone can explain or tell me how to fix this.


Yes, that is normal behavior, the customer simply needs to be aware that the email rcpt they rcv from Paypal should only be considered as secondary confirmation mostly to just confirm the total amount charged. Most customers realize the rcpt they rcv from the actual merchant displays the specific order details (of course there are always a few out there…) :wink:
