Paypal Payments Shows Always As "pending"

Hi we have a big problem…CS-cart 3.06

all PayPal payments are processed almost correclty, they are registered in the orders corrrectly, PayPal transaction goes thru, payment comes into our PayPal account but the Payment is never COMPLETE, it always shows up as PENDING in the backend.



Other forms of payment go thru OK.



What to check? anybody else faced similar problems?

Please check the following settings in the PayPal dashboard:



Your PayPal account should have the following settings:
Instant Payment Notification - off
Payment Data Transfer - off
Auto Return for Website Payments - off
Return URL - blank

i am using sandbox at the moment…all paypal payments show as “Pending”…

Please use the same settings for the sandbox account
