Can anyone explain this or know of what might be the cause, I just put up a new site selling a book, version 4.3.4. We have had over 300 orders this week all paid for Via PayPal.
The issues is that one of the orders does not show in the orders, but the customer did checkout successfully (as a guest) and completed the payment in PayPal correct price product etc.
Wow! This just happened to me this morning. The order was paid, all emails to customer, orders department and supplier were sent and marked as processed, yet order status states incomplete and response from PayPal is "Transaction was canceled by the customer".

Non of the above are applicable, The only record that this order ever existed is that we received a Payment to PayPal.
Rang the customer to check that he had not used a different email address and name on PayPal than he had used on the site.
He told me that he went through the entire checkout and was returned to the site.
