We switched to a new PayPal account with all settings setup the same way. However, we are getting a "declined" error after payment, order status is failed and checkout doesn't get completed. The weird thing is that the order, when we checked from admin panel, did push through just fine and status changes to 'processed'. When we switched back to the old PayPal account, payments are processed just fine (so it seems something wrong with the new account). Could it be because the account is very new (payments are still withheld for 21 days)? Anyone experienced this?
