Just wondering if anyone noticed a conflict between CS-CART user passwords and their PayPal passwords when using PayPal Express.
I had a customer that I reset their cs-cart password. They signed-in to cs-cart and then went to pay using PayPal express. She got error messages from PayPal express, something to the effect that the password was invalid. She said she knows her password for PayPal and used it recently on E-bay. This same customer had the same problem a month ago and ended up checking out using a credit card. She probably will have to do the same this time.
I have seen other instances when looking in the admin logs. Several attempts to use PayPal Express and then finally either just leaving without completing the order or using a credit cart to place an order.
Is there something going on or just “user error”.
