PAYPAL (EXPRESS) issue in Multi-Vendor

[color=#555555]We are using the latest Multi-Vendor edition (3.0.6). [/color] [color=#555555]We are using PAYPAL (EXPRESS) + Credit cards.[/color]



[color=#555555]We are experiencing issues with PAYPAL (EXPRESS) when customer buys items from [/color]multiple sellers[color=#555555] using the PAYPAL payment method.[/color]



[color=#555555]This is a sequence of events:[/color]



[color=#555555]1. Customer places an order for 2 items from 2 different sellers using PAYPAL (EXPRESS).[/color]



[color=#555555]2. Customer gets re-directed to PAYPAL site, completes the transaction, when the customer is re-directed back to CS-CART, he receives this message (please see attached word document)[/color]



[color=#555555]3. The payment is taken from customer’s PAYPAL account, and he receives a confirmation email from PAYPAL.[/color]



[color=#555555]4. On the CS-CART store admin side, the order is split into 2 (which is correct) orders for 2 different sellers. But the orders are shown in “INCOMPLETE STATUS”.[/color]



[color=#555555]5. Customer does NOT receive any notification email from CS-CART store.[/color]



[color=#555555]6. The order numbers on the customer’s PAYPAL screen and CS-CART DO NOT match.[/color]



[color=#555555]Do we stop sending order number to PAYPAL?[/color]



Has anybody experienced this? We have raised a support ticket with CS-CART as well, we will be updating this post how we proceed.
