Since the new integration with the new In-Context Checkout PayPal system i've been having problems with double payments.
Basically after payment is made via PayPal, it redirected back to the payment page with the items still in the basket with the following message, (Please see screenshot) and all the items are still left in the basket, which of course customers don't read the message and just make the payment again, and again, which causes sometimes to have the same order 2 to 3 times.
Is the a bug or is it the new way Paypal works? Can any one please help

This issue requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Help Desk and provide temporary FTP access to your server so we can examine the issue in more detail.
