from August 20 until today, I’m not receiving “Notification of payment received” emails for PayPal Express Checkout payments. Didn’t changed anything in my web shop-email-paypal configuration. Contacted PayPal support and got some canned response. Is anyone experienced the same problem with delivery of paypal payment notification emails? Any advice?

Not really. I noticed one yesterday that was delayed because the buyer was not “Eligable” or something like that. Never saw that one before.
