Payments that a customer makes on my marketplace should go completely to me. The sellers have to write an invoice to my company at the end of the month to get their money.
I was going through your post and came to know about your query. I think you should make the way of payment online and the payment which will be done should come directly into your bank account. You can set NEFT, RTGS and IMPS these three ways for payment and I hope your issue will be solved.
