Payment information missing

After transferring our site to another hosting company we can no longer view the Payment information details in Order Info.



Please can some one help with this.

S-Combs have been a major help when it comes to host issues in this forum. If you can look for his post and try to find your solutions. If not Shout for his name and he wii come to your rescue here. Hope this help…

Not 100% sure about this but doesn’t the database hold the payment information in encrypted form?
