Payment Gateway Issues

Hi All,

I am trying to change my site to use a different paypal express account. It previously work no problems and I have been getting orders for the last 12 months.

I have the new api username password and certificate but I get the following error below, Where do I go from here, I've already tried using a different certificate name incase it was somehow cached in my brower, the site is currently in test mode but when i put it in live it takes me to paypal then just rejects it with the payment couldnt be processed.

I have had this working on this server for about a year so im not sure if theres some cache i need to clear?

Any help would be appreciated im pretty stuck

I do remember that the directory the cert sits in needs to be writable… cant remember if the cert itself needs to be too? Maybe try “signature” instead of cert? i think that's PPs preferred method.

When I had changed my password before…I changed in cscart and pay pal but not PayPal manager and I could not process payments until I changed the pass word there too.

Thanks all, I did try signature before and it didnt work but I will give it another try and report back.

When I use signature I get this error, any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
