I have been trying for over a week to get a response from Cs-Cart to recover my password to the HelpDesk site. Numerous requests have been unanswered. Is there any other way to do this or to maybe get their attention and get an answer?

So I went to log in to my Helpdesk account to purchase a year of upgrade and I'm told I have to reset my password. They say they have sent me an email with instructions, but it hasn't happened. No email.
Done this twice and still no email. Now what?
I had the same issue. I finally got a response by messaging the SALES dept. Tech support never did contact me.
We do not provide Help desk passwords via forum. If your mail server rejects emails from email@example.com, you can check your spam filters and ask to send the password from another email (send request to firstname.lastname@example.org, this is the main Help desk email address).
I was trying to use the "forgot password" option as instructed. I never got any response. And yes, I did check my spam filter.
