I'm managing a project on behalf of a fellow forum member and require the following addon coded.
We need a facility to pass certain variables to CS-Cart from a third-party website (consultant-developed) and enable the customer to continue their shopping session with the variables saved within their cart.
Customer creates and saves a drawing on the third-party website.
Customer wants to purchase a product on CS-Cart with their drawing.
Customer clicks a link similar to the one below:
Customer ends up on the product page to add quantity to cart.
[*]The variables encoded within the url string are stored with the product.
The client would appreciate your earliest reply, I have much more indepth information available for those who would like to see more information.
Feel free to PM or email me.

Hello. I have somethings what you are looking for; It's simple addon, but it can do that kind of job. It's free for you. If you want to change something or make it more complicated and flexable i can do it for some fee.
How to use:
http://site/index.php?dispatch=vars.get&redirect_url=/&param1=any text¶m2=1234&anynames=will be transfered
redirect_url=url to redirect
url to redirect - change to yours url. User will be seamless transfered to it. It may be a product page or any other page
Where will be parameters stored?
All url parameters will be saved in user session and if an order will be placed, it will be stored in order details.
Order details are visible only for administrators and can be viewed at the bottom of order details page.
Any question ?
Ask me (PM or email);
I haven't posted an update as I've been in contact with Konstantin outside of the forum.
Top quality modification, works perfectly for it's intention, while not a true figure of the mods value I was quoted in the upper hundreds for something similar (not exact) so I encourage anyone to use it!
here is my URL: http://www.echocolat…l.html?sid=rami
We need to capture “sid” and append that value to the buy now button, please suggest.
Use the url_capture.zip in the post above from fish1981.
It worked out great for us.
