I am looking to get a custom Template DONE for my store, I need to know how much its going to cost and if it will be compatible with all CS-Cart version. We sell wholesale towel therefore we wanted to know if you can do this job at a reasonable price, you will only be paid with ESCROW service as I have been burned in the past big time
I don’t think there’s any theme that’s compatible with every CS-Cart release. I’m not even sure you could build one.

You’ll have no luck with your requst because it’s impossible! no one knows the future releases of CS-Cart. Sorry to burst your bubble.
