I’ve seen this a few times, where a page in totally unavailable, and I get the parsererror…
If you try to click on page 7, or go from 6 to 7 with the next button (or from page 8), you always get the error. Can someone tell me what is going on?
Try it here:

Hello esteve,
The problem requires the investigation on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide us with a temporary access to your server.

Sorry guys, is it just me, or is this always the answer support gives? I sometimes don’t get why you always need my FTP login information before answering anything…
I think I at least narrowed it down to the fact that a product name has an accent mark in it’s title…
Dear Esteve,
Thank you for the reply.
We ask for FTP access when a problem requires investigation on a server. If our customers have simple problems, we just provide solutions to them. But sometimes a problem is too difficult and, in order to provide a solution to it, we need to investigate it on a server.
Also we can see that you contacted us via Customer Help Desk.
Sorry for any possible inconveniences.
Thank you for understanding.
