Page Titles Include Categories - Where Is Setting?

Is there somewhere that the page titles are set globally for all products, to include the hierarchy of categories? I want to remove all the levels, where can i do that?

You cant change Page title in CS-Cart by default

You can use a free addon by 1clue that does this exaclty what you are asking
