Just trying to add 6% tax to pa residents.



Went into shipping/taxes / locations: under USA removed Pennsylvania.

then created a new location call Pennsylvania.

then went to taxes:

added tax called Pennsylvania, went to tax rate ant put in 6%.

went to shipping methods edited appropriate ship method and checked Pennsylvania tax.



When I goto checkout in pa it taxes the shipping not the order.

what am I doing wrong?

That worked, After that I just needed to uncheck the tax on the shipping method and it works.
