Any one from out side the US seems to get this error when they try and order I have tried all kinds of address’s and allways the same error:
“Unfortunately no shipping options are available for your location.
Please contact us and we will see about delivering to you.”
I even tried a old customer that had ordered before and got this error I have made no changes and only use UPS to ship and it works with any USA address but nothing out side the us. Any ideas or how to fix this would be great.
not sure about ups, but for usps, I had to setup a seperate shipping option for usps international and usps for the usa…
The odd thing is it just stopped working I have orders from all over the world now it just no longer works. Kind of odd. I have made no changes in the past month or so.
if you are using realtime, did UPS make a change on their end
Yea I am using real time but I have been unable to find any changes on there side that would affect this and if they did I am sure others would have noticed as well.
