Out of Stock image as watermark on the image

Hi. I want to add out of stock image as watermark on the images of out of stock products. Like this → [url=“[MOD] Show product Out of Stock on product category page - Shopping Cart Community”][MOD] Show product Out of Stock on product category page - Shopping Cart Community



If the product is out of stock, an image like this will be shown on the image of product, both on category pages and prosuct detail pages. How can we do that?
