orders not associated with user account

Hi, we have a customer who has a customer account, but her last 2 orders she didn’t log into her account when ordering, so she didn’t accumulate her reward points and also the later orders aren’t showing in her user profile. Is there a way to change the later orders to be linked to her user account?

Hello Brennie369,



In this case you can edit the “user_id” field in the “cscart_orders” table in the database. You need to replace the current user_id with your client one.
