Order Went From Processed To Incomplete


We recently had an order go from processed to incomplete within 25 or 30 min.

The customer had placed an order and it was successful and paid in paypal.

The same customer came back within 25 min and placed another order with different items.

CS Cart marked the first order as incomplete and created a new order.

In the logs I can see the first order was set as incomplete in CS Cart and delete a few times.

Never seen this before, however we recently upgraded from 4.0.3 to latest version.

Any ideas?
