Order statuses

Hi all,



I have met a problem these days,all of the orders cant be changed the Order statuses,when I change it,it will take a long time Loading process,after I have fresh the page,it will be the "Open".<br /> <br /> By the way,all of the orders which are have paid,it showed "Open" and cant be changed.



I have re-install it,but the issue is remain.and when i print invoice,it shows below:



Fatal error: Smarty error: [in orders/invoice.tpl line 333]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: font-size: 12px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 445) in /home1/***/public_html/lib/templater/Smarty.class.php on line 1095



How to resolve it and give me some suggestions!

Open invoice.tpl, find an unclosed tag, close it.

I have resolve the issue.



There I got a new problem,



when the customer place order and pay for the order successfully



the Order statuses should be “Processed”,but mine is still “Open”



So when i got a order , I don`t know the customer have been pay for it or not.



Do i set a wrong configurations about the Order statuses?
