Order Status

Hi

When payment is processed successfully, order related email is generated mentioning the order status as shipped.

How we can change such status notification to Open or processed.

Usually it depends on the payment system script. What payment gateway do you use?

Yes, the payment method processor determines what the status is based on the result it receives.
