Need to switch to the language you want and then edit the status info in the admin panel. It will save stuff properly if you've chosen the language before editing.

i have added a second store to multi store, but nothing comes up on domain. all blocks empty… i exported layouts ( since it was empty) and reimported layouts in that storeid… but only get a background…

its already translated… seems the email trigger doesnt get the variable for correct language BUT only subject and that header… the invoice and footer etc are translated ok
Odd then because every order has a “lang_code” property and that is what's used in the query to fetch all information and to set the appropriate language for rendering the emails.
