Has anyone else had an issue reported by customers that when they go to pay the quantities are not the same as originally ordered?
I just had a customer on the phone that initially tried to buy 1 item (it was over Â£60 so this is quite serious), when he got to paypal the quantity had changed to 2 and the price had doubled. So he cancelled the payment and went back to checkout again.
He then changed the quantity to 1 and tried paying with his credit card, when he paid and came back to the site he had purchased FOUR and his card was charged Â£244.48 - obviously for us this could have huge implications so was just wondering if anyone else had experienced it.
I am running v3.0.6 and have had some issues with Paypal_Pro already so changed the paypal_pro.tpl back to the old one from v2.2.5 which seemed to cure the problem of every order being declined but I wonder if it has brought in another issue…
