Is there a way to add more options to the order status. EG. After a successful transaction it goes to processed and then you set it to complete after you ship the item. is there a way to add more options?
I want to be able to change it from processed to ’ ready to ship ’ so people don’t keep calling me on sunday asking why their product says processed and not complete yet.
In admin backend check Orders > Order statuses
