Currently, order notifications to customer, vendor and store admin are very similar, using the same template.
So for e.g. if the buyer's name is Tom, the email that is sent to the vendor also shows as "Hello Tom", and same goes for the email to the store admin.
Where are all the "texts" that the templates or .php refer to being stored?
E.g. "The status of your order has been changed to Paid" -> where could I change the text for this?
So that I can build different emails to the customer, vendor and store admin?

1. Almost all email texts can be changed in translations
Administration → LangTexts & languages → Edit texts
2. You can change the "change_order_status_default_text" language variable there
