Order Not Captured In Admin Panel

Hi



Running version 4.2.4



Order is not captured on the admin panel, although I have recieved the order confirmation email from the cart and I have checked it is a legit order with payment having processed at paypal already



Please help why suddenly this may have happened

PS: I checked in the database and the order is showing up there in the cscart_order table but it is still missing from the admin panel

Check under “incomplete” orders!

Admin panel → Orders → View orders → Gear icon on the top → Incomplete orders
